TRY AND BUY:

Infoworld Membership System has initated a Try and Buy program to allow their Customers to try their products before deciding it they are of true benefit to thier operation.

Overview

A charge will be issued by Infoworld Membership Systems (IMS) to your (Customer) credit card at the time of the purchase or the time 'Try and Buy' is initiated. A scanner will be shipped to the location of your choice. You should receive the scanner within 2 - 5 days of the order. You will have 15 days to try the scanner and software. At the end of the 15 days or earlier you must notify IMS in writing if you wish to return the scanner. You will be issued a Returned Materials (or Merchandise) Authorization or RMA number and shipping instructions.  After the scanner is received by IMS in good working condition, a credit will be issued, equal to the charge originated by IMS, to the same credit number used in the purchase.

The scanner must be returned:

1) In good and working condition
2) With all documentation, software, power cords, and cables

We advise:

1) using a shipper that issues tracking receipts
2) Insure the scanner for the full cost.

Customer Reponsibility:

The Customer is responsible ensuring the scanner is returned to the destination designated on the RMA. THe Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returned scanner.

IMS Responsibility:

Infoworld Membership Systems (IMS) will ship the customer a new scanner (unless agreed to in writing) that will be shipped from the manufacturer or a distributor of the manufacturer.  The shipment may be expedited if requested by the customer and at the customer's expense.
